Delivery

International Deliveries: We expect some disruption to overseas services, especially to EU destinations, as a result of the end of the Brexit transition period on 1st January 2021. Please allow extra time for non-UK deliveries to arrive.

COVID-19: We are still shipping as normal, but delivery may possibly be delayed due to local carrier restrictions, especially for international destinations.

We endeavour to ship orders the next working day wherever possible, via Royal Mail 48 hour service and we provide full tracking on all shipments. During busy periods please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.

We currently ship to: the UK, Ireland, most European Countries, US states and other countries where legal. For other destinations please contact us.

For non-UK destinations please allow 7-15 days for delivery. Any customs/import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from KLORIS so we offer a no-hassle returns policy.

Products purchased from kloriscbd.com can be returned to us for refund or exchange. Please contact us at info@kloriscbd.com with details of your order to arrange a return - we will advise the appropriate UK return address when we receive your request.

Return/refund requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of your original order.

If you make an error when ordering online we will gladly exchange your product for the one you intended to purchase. The original product must be returned to us unopened and in its original condition. You are responsible for all postage charges.

If you are unsatisfied with the product you have received you have the option of exchanging or refunding it.

You are responsible for the costs of returning an order. If you return part of an order for a refund and this refund brings your order total under the threshold for free delivery or any other promotion then the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

If a product is damaged while it is being shipped to you we will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be refunded in the case of damaged, defective or incorrect products.

When returning a product to us please keep your postal receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed as we may need to see this if we fail to receive your return.

We endeavour to process returns within 2 weeks of receipt. All refunds will be issued to the method used for payment.

Gift cards are non-refundable but do not expire.
