A huge thank you for your support. Google nearly killed us, but they failed!
On the evening of 17th January 2024, our domain was disabled by Google Domains (our registrar) with no warning. This effectively removed us from the internet - no website, no email, nothing.
Why? They said they couldn’t validate our domain registration details - despite those details being correct - indeed they are our registered company information as held at Companies House, and the ones we’d used for all our paid services with Google for the past 5 years.
We were alerted to the issue within a couple of minutes of it happening. We immediately contacted Google to ask them to resolve the issue - but fixing this took them 7 days. In that time they held us hostage.
When it became apparent this wasn't going to be fixed quickly, we moved ourselves to a new domain - kloris.co - but because of the way our main domain was disabled it was impossible to redirect people looking for our old site.
To anyone looking for us, we had simply disappeared. All our search rankings were wiped out. Five years of work to help bring the life-changing power of natural products to the world - gone.
We finally got control of our domain back on the afternoon of 23rd January and we are working hard to re-establish our presence.
A huge, huge thank you for the massive support we’ve received from our community during this time - the response was truly phenomenal and has left us humbled. Battling this has been all-consuming for the team over the last week, but we’re determined to emerge stronger.
