HOW TO USE CBD OIL FOR MORE CALM & LESS STRESS

CBD for calm

This is our recommended routine for using KLORIS CBD oil to help calm and de-stress.

Dosage and time-to-effect is very personal. CBD takes time to build up in your body, so we recommend starting with a low dose and slowly increasing. Use daily for at least 30 days for best results.

STEP 1

Take two drops of 10% CBD Oil first thing in the morning - place drops under your tongue and wait 60 seconds before swallowing.

STEP 2

During the day, if you feel you need additional support, take a further 2-4 drops.

STEP 3

In the evening, around 30 minutes before bed, take a further two drops of 10% CBD Oil under your tongue.

STEP 4

After 7 days, if you feel the need you can increase the number of drops in each serving. We recommend doing this slowly over a few days.

The FSA recommends not to exceed 70mg (14 drops) of CBD per day.
