These are anxious times and at KLORIS we’re making every effort to ensure that we play our part in helping with this crisis.
Our priority is first and foremost the safety and wellness of our customers, our team, our suppliers and our partners. The situation is clearly changing constantly and we recognise the importance of ensuring that we play our part in doing all we can to help overcome this unprecedented situation.
As a wellness company we know that many people rely on our products and so we’ve taken steps to ensure that there’s no interruption to our supplies.
We have ensured that we have sufficient stock to cope with a possible interruption in our supply chain and we guarantee availability for all subscription customers and have specific stock set aside for you.
Our fulfilment team have always observed stringent health and safety measures but we’ve taken these even further, ensuring more frequent sanitisation of all surfaces and of course hand washing. We have had no team members report any sickness and if any do they will be placed on paid leave.
We use Royal Mail for our fulfilment and they have advised that parcels do not pose a contamination risk, and have introduced service changes to minimise contact when receiving deliveries. It is possible that there may be some slight delays to deliveries due to Royal Mail staff shortages and procedure changes.
The KLORIS team has always used remote working, but we’ve stepped this up and now all meetings take place virtually.
All events that we were participating in have been cancelled until further notice - but it's easy to contact us online if you have any questions for us, and we'll be putting out more helpful content and advice than ever before.
We also want to give back, so each week we're donating a KLORIS gift pack to an NHS worker nominated by you - visit out instagram to nominate your hero.
